Yep, I'm with you ...housebound another day...its blowing and snowing

here in Western NY, and not sure if I even want to venture the 2 miles to the

store!

As for absorbing protein in food...from what I'm told we absorb very little

protein out of food...not sure exactly how much...it amazes me (though I don't

disregard what people who say it say) that people who don't do shakes do

well...if its indeed true that we absorb little protein out of food...so I do my

shakes. I couldn't agree with you more...I have a proein shake for breakfast in

the morning and it cuts any and all cravings for awhile in the morning...not

only does it 'fill me up', but it stays with me (PROTEIN)...if I could just

get myself to drink more than 1 shake/day. You see, I don't reallllllllllllly

like the Pro Score (though out of all the samples I've tried this is by far the

best to me) so getting one in/day is an accomplishment...I should try

though...I really should. I did just orer a bunch of samples from txwls, got

them

and now I'm afraid to try them...will they be gross?! LoL! I think it'd help

if I found another shake I can tolerate to switch with on ocassion...

Anywhoooo, I'm ramblin'...what better to do on a snowy day! LoL! Hmmmm,

guess I could houseclean...ha! I think I'll keep ramblin'...how'm I doing?!

LoL!

Have a GREAT day!
