Hi Pam!

The microcrystalline cellulose is okay. I am not sure about croscarmellose

sodium. On the original pecanbread site it is listed as illegal:

http://pecanbread.com/p/Sup1.html

on the new site, it is omitted?

legal: microcrystalline cellulose and croscarmellose sodium? These are in

many, many vitamins, minerals, etc. and recently I discovered they are both in

my thyroid medication. I checked on the Pecanbread website but could find no

information about these particular fillers. I also looked in BTVC but again, no

info. Your help is much appreciated.

The croscomellose is illegal, but Elaine said the benefits of the medication

outweigh the illegal fillers. Some people get the compounded, which is nice, but

not always available. I take thyroid medicine too. Have no idea what's in it,

but would be worse off without it.

Microcrystalline cellulose is legal. Croscarmellose sodium is

not.
