Legal fillers in medication

Does anyone know if these two fillers which are in so many medications are

legal: microcrystalline cellulose and croscarmellose sodium? These are in

many, many vitamins, minerals, etc. and recently I discovered they are both in

my thyroid medication. I checked on the Pecanbread website but could find no

information about these particular fillers. I also looked in BTVC but again, no

info. Your help is much appreciated.
