Guest guest
The best way to get your supply up is to co-sleep with your baby for a few nights and nurse on demand. I have nursed my three children for extended periods of time and during pregnancy as well. This has always worked the best. Remember, milk supply is based on demand. Do not give any formula if you are truly committed to getting your supply back. I have gone from having very little milk to lots after co-sleeping for a couple of nights. Also, your body makes the most milk between 1 and 4 am, if I remember correctly. Your baby will get more and therefore want more. Your breasts need to be stimulated at this time to help production go up. Have you seen the website www.kellymom.com? It should have some wonderful suggestions for you.
