Changes to your nose after surgery?

I've heard about this happening a lot, and I am very worried about it.

I don't want to go have rhinoplasty after this whole thing is over, but

if I end up hating my nose, then I will. Do changes in the nose

typically occur w/ double jaw surgery? when you move the upper jaw

forward or backward? Up or down? I am assuming that lower jaw surgery

does not affect the shape position of the nose? Anyone that was very

displeased with what happened to their nose after surgery? Anyone not

notice any change at all? Anyone like their nose better after

surgery?
