Guest guest
Karianne, I can't answer your question for sure, but I'm getting suspicious of the Yogourmet starter. I have switched to nut milk yogurt, but I still have a hideous rash on my hands, which looks exactly the same as the rash I used to get way back when from milk or cheese. I have a question in right now to GI. ProHealth to see if their starter is truly dairy-free and if so, I'm going to switch. Having said that, the Yogourmet certainly did work fine to make almond milk yogurt a few days ago. How much casein are there in the yogurtmet starter? It would have been so much easier (since I live in norway) to use the yogurmet starter instead og gipro.. Has anyone had any luck using that starter and make coconut or goat milk and don't react (due to casein intolerance)? karianne
