We have a " kitchen box " that we have travel silver, plates, cups, glasses, and trays for our toaster oven. Along with a heavy duty extension cord -- many hotel sockets aren't able to handle the power draw of a toaster oven, so we plug into the heavy duty socket in the bath room and use the extension cord. We make sure the toaster's cool and put it away in the box before we go out for the day. — Marilyn New Orleans, Louisiana, USA Undiagnosed IBS since 1976, SCD since 2001 Darn Good SCD Cook No Human Children Shadow & Sunny Longhair Dachshund Babette the Foundling Beagle
Guest guest
We have a cooler that also plugs into the car lighter socket or wall socket. Really handy as it has wheels and a handle that pulls out so you can roll it into your room. We found it at Costco a few years back. Or, just any cooler will work if you add a block of ice every day or two. I've never had a problem with that while camping and ice is readily available at gas stations and hotels.Kat http://scdkat.comOn Tue, Sep 21, 2010 at 7:10 AM, Jodi wrote: Thanks Ya'll..
