Guest guest
Hi Shirley, To me, it's no big deal being on a soft diet. I've never been a big eater so I don't feel like I'm missing out on anything. Whatever I can't chew, I put in the blender or food processor. It may look nasty but it still tastes the same. Last night we went to our favorite restaurant where they know us well. They put my meals through their blender without me having to ask. I had chicken marsala - yummy! Two finger widths is about 20 mm for me but I also have really small hands so you might be closer to 25 mm. Are you able to chew yet? As you start to chew more, your muscles and joints will loosen up more as well. Have a great weekend! > Hi , Thanks for congrats and support. I'm sorry you still are > on very soft foods.
