Not quite Sophie's Choice...

....but, the toughest choice I've ever had to make!

As some of you that are friends of mine on Facebook may already know, last night

I got... " the call " ! But, it wasn't quite what I had pictured in my mind all

this time.

The bottom line is that after three months of being active on the list, I got my

call - just as we were finishing dinner out (Friday night is our " date " night!.

So, there I was, sitting in a booth at our favorite restaurant, talking with one

of the doctors from the transplant team about the possibility of accepting a

less than optimum lung. Since the team itself, had concerns and were kind

enough to discuss it with me, we decided to wait for a " better " match. Details
