Guest guest
Hi Everyone, I don't post often because computers aren't my thing. I was diagnosed in Oct. with Hypersensitive Pneumonitis. My pulmonologist at University of Chicago wanted me to get into pulmonary rehab. We are wintering in Florida and tried to get it set up here. The rehab department says I don't qualify because I'm not bad enough yet. I'm not on O2 but I'd like to prevent as much progression as I can. Can some of you who have been in pulmonary rehab tell me what they do? I could start on my own until I get this straightened out with the insurance. Anyone else have this situation? What are the criteria for getting into rehab? Thanks in advance for any answers. This is a great source for information and I appreciate everyone who takes part.
