cornstarch for blood sugar

Hey H,

I don't know if you already know this, but ready made chocolate milk

from the store is thickened with cornstarch. They use that instead, so

it has a lower fat content, substituting the milk fat. It's pretty

thick too, so I would imagine it's a good amount of cornstarch. I

always thought it was too weird to see cornstarch listed, so I

wouldn't drink it because of that! Speaking of cornstarch, I used to

work at a pre-school, and we used to mix cornstarch and water, it's so

fun for kids to play in, us too! It doesn't bind together, like say,

flour and water. Very fun and interesting for anyone who has never

tried it!
