Hi, Gang!

It would be so helpful to all of us if folks tried to keep their posts

brief. It's really helpful to have some background but maybe not

necessary to include the whole history of the conversation in your

post. I goofed the last time I mentioned this and suggested the wrong

way to do it.

THIS post is an example of what you get if you click the " reply to

group " button at the end of an individual post. It includes your

return email address. If you want more anonymity click the " Reply Via

Web Post " button. But it copies the whole darned string into the msg

we ALL get... UNLESS you highlight and CUT OUT part of it. Please DO

that!!!

I suspect that most of us would REALLY appreciate more brevity.

Thanks SO MUCH!!

I second that! Especially since I get all the messages in digest mode! And I trimmed Carol's message below - even though it was nice and short. :-)Thanks!kt>> Hi, Gang!> > It would be so helpful to all of us if folks tried to keep their posts > brief. Marilyn has that information in the Files section under Getting Started. It's

called Please trim your posts. But thanks for saying something. I've been having

a hard time following some of the posts because I don't know what part of the

post the replier is replying to. I only leave the information I'm directly

replying to in the body of the message (like this one) but I can say that I have

replied a couple times from my iPhone and that's not really doable from it so I

don't reply from it anymore.
