Hey All,

I'm just about to try to make my first round of SCD yogurt. My question is: is

it okay to use milk with vitamins added? I can't find any milk that doesn't have

vitamins added to it. I ended up getting Horizon Organic 2% Reduced Fat Milk,

with Vitamins A & D Added, Ultra-Pasteurized. Will this be okay to use to make

the yogurt?

Thanks a lot for any help!

Jack

All milk in the US is fortified with vitamin A and D, so if there is nothing

else added- it's fine.
