I'm not afraid but I don't want to be the first at

something. I know you know how that feels. Knowing

that, I am glad we have Dr. H and how much she cares

and doesn't brush it off. I used to think that when a

doctor has so many patients that unless you stand out,

it's like a factory line. This is not the case with

Dr. H. She actually remembers her patients. She

remembered seeing us at the gathering and of course

now with the way 's blood work is reading . . .

well she'll remember her. Like I said I know she is

going to stay on top of this because she gave that

stare to Dr. Chen and said yoiu need to watch for

these results and be on top it.

It used to be that the nurses at the ped's office knew

her so well from her screaming and a couple of the

doctor's would know who she was over the phone because

of her size and then of course with the heart surgery.

It's just nice to know that when you talk to a doctor

over the phone they know what patient they are really

talking about.

Do you think I should talk to le Sudak? I know

she doesn't really get graded for gym but I was

thinking if there was some sort of a problem or

something would she ever contact me to let me know.

You know how I am, or I should really say Randy is, he

doesn't want me to have " special treatment " for

when he feels that she can do it on her own. I agree

with that but at the same time I'm not sure if he

doesn't want her excluded or separated from her class

for any reason so that she then doesn't feel

different. Did that just make sense? LOL

I think if you talk to le and tell her your concerns, she will

begin to look out for and make sure that the kids are not

treating her poorly or teasing her. She will not make it obvious and

I know that she does not give preferential treatment. She just takes

the kids' needs into her stride and helps them along without being

obvious about it. I really do love her as a PE teacher. She has a

big heart, but expects the kids to perform to the best of their

ability.

Please don't wait until it grows into a bigger problem. Then you will

regret not saying anything.
