Guest guest
Hi Jeanie, In answer to your quetion about hypoglycemia, I think it is usually characterized by night sweats. I know little about it. Others on this know a lot more and can give you much more info. I know there is a cornstach mixture you can make that helps but I do not know the recipe. As, always, before attempting to treat your child, please consult with your doctor first. In answer to your other question, I know of no aid for you to go and see Dr. Harbison. I would check with your health insurance, to see if they cover the visit and check with your town and state public services agencies to see if they will cover transportation and or meals etc. Since you reside it the same state in which she practices, you might be able to find some sort of state aid. Last, the Magic convention is usually the third week in July. Magic does provide some assistance to get to their convention. Contact Brock Salem (she is on this list). She can give you details about how to apply etc. By the way, are you in the Wellville south east of Buffalo or the Wellville between Utica and Albany (near Amesterdam NY). I just love it when a state has 2 towns with the same name. I hope this helps. Ken M
