We have an appointment at Cranial Tech in Charlotte tomorrow morning. I thought

I saw an attachment with a list of questions to ask. I know I am going to get

all flustered and forget to ask questions that need to be asked. This is our

first appt so any suggestions or a link to questions to ask would be extremely

appreciated!
