We are not able to get DCCC where we live in Mexico & driving to U.S. (18 hours)

is not an option. There are many recipes made with DCCC, can I buy lactose

reduced milk and make DCCC from it?

What are other DCCC substitutes if making DCCC this way is not SCD legal? Thank

you.
