Going Protien

One day at a time is perfect advice.

I got past one day and just couldn't do the 2nd day, but found I

didn't have to. The best thing I did for myself was get back to

drinking the $%#@ water. The 2nd day I drank 100 oz of water

(stayed low carb) and lost 3 lbs.

Maintaining is so intensely personal to each one of us. We all have

to grope and flounder until we find what works best for us and our

metabolism (which is a living, breathing, dynamic force! But we own

it, it's ours and we have to get to know it and make friends with it

not fight it!If it's slow you have to kick it in the butt. If it's

real fast you are probably not on this list.)
