Pam,

I never really had a full upper lip or big mouth..but since my teeth dont stick

out at all it looks smaller

my upper lip looks smaller and thinner., or my whole mouth looks smaller..He

will either do injections or implants once my braces come off..I kind of have an

idea how I want them to look..He has to removed a plate once Im healed due to it

sticks out on side of my nose so he will do it all then...
