Guest guest Posted September 7, 2010 Report Share Posted September 7, 2010 Hi All, I never thought after being as sick as I was 4 1/2 years ago (then finding the diet, then getting well!!) that I'd evger be saying this, but I am running the LA Marathon this training season!Since all of the sports malodextrin/sugar/candy "power" booster things are clearly illegal, I was wondering if anyone had tips for training food??? Apparently, fresh green smoothies in the blender are bigtime helpful ( this I can do) & Apparently, HIGH PROTIEN diets are kep to doing well. The old pasta thing is a myth.
