Guest guest
Happy birthday & speedy healing to you ! I happen to agree with you 100% about the importance of regular and consistent exercise (the level of which will be different for each of us.) Nothing I have done this past year has had a more significant impact on my life than has exercise, and that includes my LBL in Sept. Doesn't really matter so much what you're doing, so long as you do something consistently. Dance classes, bowling, gardening, yoga, hula hoops, anything -- preferrably something you will enjoy so that you will stick with it. I can be a huge bore over this subject, but I always try to URGE people to get up and get moving! Sounds to me like you're mastering a very important component in preventing rebound weight gain (or at least managing it), so keep up the good work! Besides which, exercise makes you feel WONDERFUL -- doesn't it? (well, maybe not while you're doing it, but later LOLOLOL!) Guest guest
Hi , Happy 2nd b-day! and now onto ulcers! ha I have a large ulcer in my pouch, take nexium 2 x a day. I've battled this stupid thing for about the last 8-9 months, I think, maybe longer. I have pain everytime I eat or drink, pain under my left breast bone and then also in the back, left shoulder. I have found that certain foods do bother it more than others, kind of just like you had a regular tum and a regular ulcer within. I stay away from acid foods apples, peaches and such, yeasty breads which I don't really eat anyway. Spicy foods, tomato based anything. That's all I can think of for the moment, hope this helps!
