Quark not legal??

Hi all,

I am a little confused about the Dry Curd situation....

Marilyn fro New Orleans (USA) said that Quark is not legal... eek!

I was told by a naturopath/friend that Quark is Dry Curd Cottage Cheese, and

that it was the one I needed for this SCD. She has done the diet on and off, and

knows all about it!

I live in Australia by the way- perhaps we have a different name for it than you

do??

The tub says Dry Curd Cottage Cheese (DCCC)....

So, is it legal or illegal?

Does anyone know where, in Australia, I can get DCCC? Prior to purchasing the

Quark at my local health food store, no one there had even heard of DCCC!

Thank you for your input!

Fiona
