Re: wearecrohns site may have malware attached?

Looks like wearecrohns.org got hacked. It's easy enough for them to fix once they notice it but I'm not sure how often the site is checked. I clicked through to the site (I don't recommend doing that right now) and didn't see any contact info unfortunately.

If it ever happens when you visit a site, just close everything and don't click on any Ok or Cancel buttons.Kathttp://scdkat.com

 

This isn't a direct question about SCD, but I just tried to visit the " wearecrohns.org " site (I thought it might be similar to " ihaveuc.com " , and a bunch of warnings popped up from my browser and anti-virus software. The anti-virus software warned me that the site will install malware on my computer.

There are so many other great and informative websites out there, so no big deal, but I also wanted to post this as a warning to others who may come across that site.

Often if there's no contact info listed, an email to a general

help@... or sysadmin@ should get to someone in charge - substitute

any domain name as necessary.
