Hello Aali,

I too have had ulcers for most of m post-op time. I see a gastro doc

for them and he treats them with Nexium and another product called carafate.

The most important thing that I've found is to take your meds exactly like

your doctor tells you to. I've taken Nexium 2 x a day and carafate 4 x a

day. I'm not down to Nexium 1 x a day and a carafate at bedtime.

I also had a lot of problems with strictures, don't know if you have or

not. I've had 7 or 8 endoscopies to check the ulcers and or to perform a

dilatation. Have you had an endoscopy?

Best of luck, it has been somewhat frustrating, but in my case I appear to

be on the mend now!

Because of the timed release, I had to take four 40mg a day and

carrafate at night to whip the suckers. At last. BUT I have been an

ulcer victim since 19
