Guest guest
Hello Aali, I too have had ulcers for most of m post-op time. I see a gastro doc for them and he treats them with Nexium and another product called carafate. The most important thing that I've found is to take your meds exactly like your doctor tells you to. I've taken Nexium 2 x a day and carafate 4 x a day. I'm not down to Nexium 1 x a day and a carafate at bedtime. I also had a lot of problems with strictures, don't know if you have or not. I've had 7 or 8 endoscopies to check the ulcers and or to perform a dilatation. Have you had an endoscopy? Best of luck, it has been somewhat frustrating, but in my case I appear to be on the mend now! Guest guest
Because of the timed release, I had to take four 40mg a day and carrafate at night to whip the suckers. At last. BUT I have been an ulcer victim since 19 Thanks, Vitalady, Inc.
