Guest guest
We see a family physician now, and I want him to measure Clara's head. The specialists either wouldn't see her, because she isn't a candidate for surgery, or wanted a CT scan first, which I refused. Our former pediatrician claims to have lost all record of what she did to justify the prescription for insurance purposes, and complained that it was difficult to find out in the first place. Having seen him today, I'm somewhat reassured that he at least intends to do the work. He said he's going to contact helmet manufacturers, while I'm calling our former orthotist and the insurance company. Surely, something so simple shouldn't require continuing medical education. Can anyone point us to a clinical guide? (I'm having trouble accessing the Files, incidentally.)
