Guest guest
I have been on Culturelle and need to find a new probiotic (contains FOS) – what have the people on this list had success with? Thanks for your input! ~ Janine
Guest guest
There is a list of probiotic sources in our group Files: http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/BTVC-SCD/files/ There is also a list of probiotic supplements on pecanbread.com http://www.pecanbread.com/probiotics.html The only probiotic strains allowed on SCD in a supplement form are L. Acidophilus or S. Boulardii. And you want to avoid any of the illegal additives, like FOS or inulin. Pecanbread.com also has a listing of legal and illegal supplement ingredients. The strains allowed for a yogurt starter are: L. Bulgaricus, S. thermophilus, L. Acidophilus or L. Casei. Kim M.
