Eternal numbness it seems!

Hey everyone,

As some of you know, I've recently had a surgically assisted pallate

expansion (I'm nearly 3 weeks post op). Obviously when they do

surgeries they have to cut nerves to get at the area they want to work

on, which is why after the novocain or whatever wears off you still

feel numb. Does anyone know approximately when I should be able to

feel my upper gums again (more than just pressure)?
