Guest guest
My son, age 8, has CD and arthritis associated with it. We have been on the diet for 5 weeks. After a week on the diet, his cramping was getting better, and his fever was gone, his arthritis was doing better. About 3 weeks into the diet he had a terrible flare of the arthritis. His fevers are back, his stomach cramping is still not as bad as it was,and the arthritis is terrible, but it started after he had 2nd physical therapy session (1st was discussion). I am so discouraged because I was hoping to avoid prednisone and other meds. But I hate seeing him suffering for almost a year now (took 10 months to get diagnosis.) He has to take children's tylenol, to manage the arthritis pain. Is there any alternative to the children's tylenol. even the adult formula has starch in it? Thanks, yvette
