It's hard. Bless you for being a supportive wife. I know it means the world to

him. I hope the prednisone helps him bounce back. It does take longer for some

on SCD, but I am sure your efforts are helping him.

The hurting is a " flare " he said. We had gone from 40 mg to 27and half mg. And

carefully giving him same old same old food knowing not to increase new anything

with prednisone reduction. But , it didn't work . He has been on diet 7 and half

wks. His blood wk came back ok.

> Hgb was 11.9 sed rate was 26 last time it was 14. sugar was good. So, we just

slow down now.Thank-you guys for being here. Ulcerative Colitis is really rough

sometimes. I keep trying ,but I am very tired.
