Guest guest Posted December 30, 2003 Report Share Posted December 30, 2003 My opinion: YES! plus if you're not eliminating dairy, I would say yogurt is an excellent source of carbs (you get the protein factor there also, plus the calcium). I notice alot of body builders push cottage cheese too. I will often have a small yogurt prior to working out (as I am a fasting hypoglycemic, this seems to work well for me).
