Two days now I have had a terrible head ache.. Now if I bend over there is ALOT

of pressure and now it is burning in my sinuses...

What meds are legal for sinus pains and infections? Or do I have to request

something at the pharmacy? Any home remedies?

i'm sure-also i have tylenol and sudafed compounded at life science 8888781-7613

- theey deliver-but haven't used them much when i flush 2-3 times a day during

bad sinus times colds etc

floss your upper teeth around the sinus area. you could breath in some

eucalyptus oil or put some

on a q tip around your nose and breathe in deeply. apply peppermint extract on

your tooth. or

some oreganol - to help kill the funghi.

I think vicks vapor rub is also good to breathe in and to apply - it's a topical

analgesic.

I'm thinking it is a change of season/seasonal allergy type of thing. I have

one too, started

this afternoon - mild so far.
