Guest guest
Okay everyone. So, I gave Ian his Periactin about 2 minutes ago in a syringe. LOL I'm sorry - but, it's so funny. It obviously tastes terrible because he spit it out, started crying and he's STILL trying to spit it out. I can't stop laughing LOL LOL - I know it seems horrible that I'm laughing - but, if you could just hear his cute little lips spitting in the background of a Bob the Builder movie. He keeps saying Yuck! He's not crying - just spitting. LOL So, I guess this Periactin doesn't taste very well. I think this kid of mine is going to start wondering what my role in life is! LOL Talk to you all later. - H You All - it's such a southern thing.
Guest guest
, You can try mixing the Periactin with grape juice. You can also ask the pharmacy to flavor it, if the one you use does such a thing. I know Ian is sensitive to tastes, so you just may have to make sure he gets used to it over time. When you do give it with a syringe, aim for further back in his mouth, more to the side, like in his cheek area - well, past that, but you know what I mean I hope. It is harder to spit out that way, even though he is sure to try. Jodi Z
