Guest guest
Hi All, I am having a terrible time with my hands and feet, but especially my feet always being like blocks of ice. They do not change color, but most of the time are cold. I didn't wear sandals much last summer cause my feet were always cold. I attributed this to the rapid weight loss but I am almost 17 months out. I need to have labs done again in March but last labs were great which were done in Sept 03. I was bypassed 120 cm and have lost 160 lbs, I am still losing although at a snails pace now. I exercise at least 30 minutes everyday and drink 5 yummy chocolate stack shakes with water only. I am frustrated with my blocks of ice and am now starting to worry a bit since it hasn't gotten better. Do I need to worry? Any ideas as to what might be the problem? I had thought that I heard at one time it was related to protein deficiency but I think I have that base covered with the number that I do. Any ideas, advise would be appreciated. Thanks! in Iowa
