Suzie,

The cottage cheese test is not really a reliable test. Just

because you can eat x amount of cottage cheese doesn't mean that you can

eat the same amount of beef, chicken, veggies, etc. It is better to tell

him what your normal eating habits are. That is what he is wanting to

know anyway.
