Guest guest Posted September 26, 2010 Report Share Posted September 26, 2010 so i took betty crocker's apple crisp and did this 4 medium tart cooking apples, sliced (4 cups) 3/4 cup packed brown sugar -scd use 1/2 cup honey maybe 1/4 or so as it was quite sweet 1/2 cup Gold Medal® all-purpose flour for scd in place of flour and oats 1 cup pecan flour 1/2 cup quick-cooking or old-fashioned oats 1/3 cup butter or margarine, softened - just scd butter 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon 3/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg -didn't have so left out Cream or Ice cream, if desired i baked at 375 for 35 minutes but it's still gooey - not a crisp but i love it this way - i did it in parchment that was buttered and in a 9 inch pie pan not 8 inch square as she said Enjoy!!!!!!!! eileen Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
