Guest guest
Hi everyone, I am fairly new here and mostly lurk. I have tried to respond to some messages but then I never see them here so I don't know what's wrong. Hopefully this will post! I have an appointment with my surgeon on Friday and I wanted to go over some things with him. First, I want to be able to tell him how much food I can hold and I have heard of the cottage cheese test, but I forget how it works so if anyone can tell me that would be great. Second, I want to go over what vitamins I need to be taking and what vitamins he should order blood tests for, I have been reading a lot about it and I am not sure if I am taking enough! I take a prenatal vitamin, iron, folic acid, pottassium, magnesium, lysine (for fever blisters) sublinqual b-12. I need to improve my calcium but from what I have been reading I was taking the wrong kind, I was taking Caltrate and it is the same kind of calcium that is tums! I am sure that if anyone can help me with these questions you guys can!! Thanks in advance. Suzanne in New Jersey rny 1/08/02 315/213 Dr. Meilahn, Temple Univ.
