I got an e-mail from Bob . The chicken in the Cobb Salad is marinated and

here's the list of ingriedients:

" Chicken Breast Tenderloins: Glazed, Caramel Color and Binders added (containing

up to 13.5% of a solution). Solution Ingredients: Water, Seasoning

[Maltodextrin, Salt, Sodium Tripolyphosphate, Butter (Cream, Salt), Chicken

Broth, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Nonfat Milk Solids, Spices, Guar Gum, Natural

Flavor, Onion Powder, Caramel Color, Autolyzed Yeast, Cream, Garlic Powder,

Buttermilk Solids, Sodium Bicarbonate, Corn Syrup Solids, Sodium Caseinate,

tto and Turmeric]. Glaze Ingredients: Water, Seasoning [Maltodextrin,

Salt, Sodium Tripolyphosphate, Butter (Cream, Salt), Chicken Broth, Hydrolyzed

Is there actually any chicken in there ?!? Yeeeeesh !

I know people in this country love to eat out, but what are we doing to

ourselves ?

<g> Give stuff like the gas issue time to resolve.

Be careful about eating out -- remember, gas is usually a sign of

undigested foods, and there could be something in that Bob Evan's chicken

salad which is giving gas.

THIS is why I say be careful when eating out. It may LOOK like plain

chicken, but the odds are it isn't.
