Guest guest
Hey Vic, Congrats on your progress and welcome! No worries, there's plenty of time for senseless rambling and poignant posting here http://www.eradain.com/apoplexy woo hoo! intro Well, today I am one year out and can post. Yippee! (not that I have anything to say :-)) I am 5'5 " , 46 yo, began the journey at 252, now am 194. Yes, I'm disappointed but I haven't been a size 18 in 12 years so that feels good. I'm off blood pressure and GERD meds. Thank God for the disappearance of the GERD. <snip> OK, I'm babbling and not writing anything near what I wanted to express. Hello all. Hello all. > > congrats on your weight loss, and welcome (and the same to all that have joined i have missed)... i am dating also, it's a trip...enjoy enjoy enjoy the ride... i am smiling as i write this as i may weigh a lot less, but i am a lot more to handle now, not only about the physical part but about the freedom that comes with knowing oneself...digging beyond the mirage, the smoke and mirrors of bandaiding my wounds...now i am not the afraid little big girl anymore (not that i don't feel the same pince and ouches, i just am able to handle them better) nice, nice, nice... hugs, laura
