Amy's rice crust frozen cheese pizza

Well, folks, I thought I died and went to heaven last night! I finally, finally, finally ate a tasty, delicious g-f pizza!! Color me clueless, but I had no idea that Amy's now has a gluten-free rice crust frozen cheese pizza for sale. My friend called and told me about it, and I rushed down to Whole Foods on Hamilton Avenue in San and bought 3 of them. I doctored it up a bit by adding a little more mozzarella cheese and pepperoni and popped it into my toaster oven, while I put my husband's frozen pizza into our big oven. It was just like old times sitting around eating pizza on Saturday night with my husband and actually ENJOYING it this time. I am embarrassed to say that I kept making all these gratifying noises as I ate the pizza. I have tried the pizza crusts you make yourself, but nothing tastes as good as this and without all the trouble!

I also picked up a package of frozen brown rice pizza crusts that you add your own sauce and toppings. They are made by Nature's Hilights, and made in a gluten-free dedicated factory. I am going to try this one next. Enjoy!!!
