Guest guest
Can I make nut butter in a blender by using melted butter, and just adding some almond flour in ?? Is this crazy ?
Guest guest
That is not crazy! However, I would suggest adding an oil (like almond or grapeseed) instead of butter. The oils are naturally a liquid at room temp, but the butter is more of a solid- so the oil will keep it a bit smoother and more like a paste. Also, I think a blender would work, but it would be easier to do if you had a food processor? -Joanna > > Can I make nut butter in a blender by using melted butter, and just adding some almond flour in ??
