We have been taking Tai Chi lessons

We have an ancient in our Condo who greets the morning with Tai Chi. I have

been wanting to ask to join him (through his grandson) but have been chicken

to match my clumsy self with his elegant self. Maybe I'll catch him tomorrow.

Thanks for the courage.

Today, after 14 months of lessons, for the very first time, I did not

feel like a total klutz in Tai Chi class. I am far from perfect,

but, finally, I feel like I " belong " there. It takes a lot of time.

But, for me it has been more than worth it. Good luck, Fay,

Right on! I felt the very same thing rowing today. It wasn't a struggle.

dear Steve,

thanks for this post... Tai Chi is something i hold

interest in. in the warmer weather i have seen people in the parks doing it

with such intensity of focus, grace.

i seem to have placed my learning about this on the

back burner, thanks for reminding me. i need to engage in more things that

stimulate my body and mind...

does anyone have interest? i live in new york city, we

could get a video, join a class, take protein drink breaks...smile,

thanks again, Steve,

laura
