Guest guest
Today, after 14 months of lessons, for the very first time, I did not feel like a total klutz in Tai Chi class. I am far from perfect, but, finally, I feel like I " belong " there. It takes a lot of time. But, for me it has been more than worth it. Good luck, Fay, --Steve At 4:55 PM -0500 2/7/04, fbayuk@... wrote: >We have an ancient in our Condo who greets the morning with Tai Chi. Tai Chi is something i hold interest in. in the warmer weather i have seen people in the parks doing it with such intensity of focus, grace. i seem to have placed my learning about this on the back burner, thanks for reminding me. i need to engage in more things that stimulate my body and mind... does anyone have interest? i live in new york city, we could get a video, join a class, take protein drink breaks...smile, thanks again, Steve, laura
