In my opinion, you need protein supplements for SURE! Are you taking any?

How many? ARe you distal, medial, or proximal? Are you taking iron? How

do you FEEL?

Not-So-Good-Labs

Helllllp Gang,

I just had my yearly labs and there are a few things wrong--they are listed

below (listed only the abnormal ones):

WRC 2.9 Ref Range: 3.6 - 11.0

Total Protein 5.6 Ref Range: 5.9 - 7.9

Liver ALP 161 Ref Range: 38 - 126

Liver ALT 185 Ref Range: 14 - 63

Liver AST 145 Ref Range: 10 - 42

Iron 43 Ref Range: 28 - 170

B-12 1205 Ref Range: 250 - 911

Zinc 148 Ref Range: 60 - 130

Vitamin A 36 Ref Range: 38 - 98

Vitamin D 13 Ref Range: 10 - 60 ??

Ok that is what was wrong. Now, here is what I do on a daily basis and I

wish for all you vitamin experts to comment/recommend according to the above

stats pretty please?

Celebrex, 200 mg, 1-2 capsules daily

Dry Vitamin A & D, (A- 10,000IU and D3- 400 IU) Vitalady's, 3 capsules daily

Calcium Citrate(1000mg) & Magnesium (500 mg) & Vitamin D (400IU) Vitalady's,

3 capsules daily

Multiple Vitamin w/Iron, 3 tablets daily

Zinc-Chelated, 50 mg tablet, 3 tablets daily, Vitalady

B-6, 50 mg tablet, 3 times daily

Biotin, 300 mcg, 3 tablets daily

Chromagen Caps-10's, 2 times a day on empty stomach

Vitamin C, 500 mg tablets, 2 times a day with chromagen above

B-12 Shot, once a month

This is the first time my labs have been out of whack---4 years out. My

blood pressure was 98/70 and cholesterol was 124 so fine in these areas.

Please comment and make some recommendations gang!

You extremely elevated liver enzymes are in my non medical opinion

likely a result of taking the celebrex. For more info do a Google

search on Celebrex AST ALT.

Hey Gang,

I did forget to add this to my original post about my labs.....in trying to

figure out why my liver enzyme labs are sky high---the only thing I can think of

is the Celebrex 1-2 times a day, and hydrocodone l time a day at night and

occasionally 2 a day (rare). Both of these have tylenol in them. Please add this

question to the list if you are replying about my " bad labs " either on our site

or to me personally. I appreciate any info on all of this. HURRY as I am so

worried---especially about the liver enzymes being so high. You all are the

BEST!
