Guest guest
Hi Diane, Glad to hear all is going well with your braces. I'm in Utah right now - return home on the 17th. My friend (and former co-worker in California) & I have been attending a genealogy conference and this week researching at the big library in Salt Lake City. I see the OS & OD two weeks from today. It's a real pain when traveling to eat out. I have to remove the rubber bands just before eating in the restaurant or before we go to eat. Then have to come back to room and clean, water-pik, etc. and put the rubber bands back on. The chewing is still awkward. And since I have chew more forward then before I bite my lip sometimes. A few times I almost choked on food, but am enjoying " real food " . Just am not allowed to bite with front teeth yet. Tonight I forgot and started to bite on an onion ring. Somehow cutting up an onion ring takes all the fun from eating it. But I can eat anything that's not real chewy or requires biting into. I know remember now I disliked rubber bands as teenager. It's mainly the eating that they're a nuisance. Which reminds me I'd better get cleaning my teeth and get them back on! How did it go with all your lab tests?
