Guest guest
Dear Group Members, As an active member of the Celiac community I wanted to make you aware of a new project and invite you to participate. " A Personal Touch On Publishing " is in the process of compiling a new book to be released this spring entitled " A Personal Touch On…Celiac Disease. " This book will be comprised solely of pieces written by people like you; people who have had first-hand experience with Celiac Disease. The aim of the book is to give people information so others don't have to say " If only I knew that before… " or " No one understands what I'm going through. " By having many individuals share their unique experiences the book will give information from many different sources giving readers the opportunity to hear about new and different ideas. Through these shared stories, tips, poems, humorous pieces and recipes we are looking to inform, inspire, encourage, and give hope to those with Celiac as well as to those struggling to get a proper diagnosis. We are currently asking for submissions for the book and invite you to visit our website at www.aPersonalTouchOn.com/celiac for more details. Here you can see samples of the types of stories that will appear in the book, as well as suggestions for topics and tips for writing your piece. If there is a story you'd like to share, some advice you'd like to give from something you've learned, a great original recipe you've come up with or a poem or something humorous that expresses your feelings, there is a form on-line for you to submit your story. We only ask that the piece be original and from the heart. If your submission is published, you will receive full credit (unless you request anonymity) as well as a complimentary copy of the book and the knowledge that you've helped others. We sincerely hope you will take the time to share your experiences to help others with Celiac and be a part of the book. If you belong to a group please pass this request on. The more submissions we get the more help we can give. If you have any questions please email me at celiacbook@.... Thank you for your consideration. Sincerely, Berlin
