Scared!! Wires off, bands on (Monday)

This coming Saturday is my 4 week mark and on Monday I will be getting

unwired and having my bands put on (with the splint taken out). I'm

kind of scared. Does it hurt to get unwired and then banded? Any

advice that I should take for this change? Should I be scared?
