I just wanted to tell everyone how absolutely wonderful Nestle can

be. Our insurance covers 's peptamen jr as long as we order it

through our pharmacy (and not the supply company we get 's

gtube supplies from). Anyway, my rule of thumb is when I open the

last case (I get 5 at a time) I call for a new order. A case lasts

a little over a week. Sooooo, last week first thing Monday morning

I call and place an order. It should have been available for pickup

after 4 pm. I went to the pharmacy on Tuesday evening to pick it up

and was told that the area supply company was out of stock and we

don't know when it will be available.

Well, I got on the internet and found the phone number for Nestle's

nutrition division. They gave me the phone number of the area

representative who shipped me (overnight) a free case of Peptamen.

He also called the pharmacy and supply company to straighten this

out because he said he knew the supply company in my area had a full

supply.

Needless to say, I will be keeping the rep's phone number. He is

wonderful.

Judith - that's awesome! Thanks for that info! You know - maybe

ordering it through the pharmacy would work for our product as

well!

Anyway - glad to know that things worked out for you so well. It's

nice when that happens isn't it??
