Guest guest
I use AdvaCal 150. It's made by Compassionet. It's quite different. I forget what type of calcium it starts with but they burn it up into ash. This sounds awful but it's to make it more readily absorbable, which my doctor said makes sense because calcium can be hard to absorb. I get it from compassionet.com themselves. In fact, I just got some and there's a summer sale going on. If it would help you, Jody, I'd be glad to stick a bunch in a small ziplock and send it to you so you can try it. Just send me your address. Having a hard time finding a calcium that doesnt irritate my stomach. Tried Ca citrate, microchystilline . I take mag gylcinate which doesnt irratate my stomach, so does anyone have suggestions on this? -- Jody
Guest guest
Mine is Professional Health Products Osseoapatite Plus. Every calcium supplement in town gave me diarrhea which demonstrated that I need an enzyme along w/ it. So I also take Integrative Therapeutics Progest. I also take Kal Magnesium Glycenate. None of these may be legal. I havn't had the time to check that out... and if anybody knows, I'd appreciate it. They work for me, though. Thanks to them, a modicum of weight-bearing exercise, and 1000 IUs of Vit. D3 I no longer have osteopenia. Blessings, Artful Carol > > I use AdvaCal 150. It's made by Compassionet.
