Guest guest
For those looking at how to get peptim jr. we have it sent directly to the house. They offer a program that if you don't have medicare/caid and ins doesn't cover it Nestle will help cover the cost. All you need is a letter from your dr and show proof of income (taxes) and this is based on NET income NOT GROSS INCOME. It is always worth a try to apply. I did it all over the phone and fax. any questions email me at mlvanf@... We have gotten it covered free for the last year and are starting one our second year.
