Shrekkie? That's funny!

At first, my mom said I was perfect to begin with (jokingly, that's

our style). So no warranty claim there. But later, she started to

feel guilty, was there something she'd given me in her genes? I

guess a mom always feels for their children. Anyway, I explained

that it wasn't her fault, that it just happened, and that I was glad

to be having it fixed.

She even, at one point, thought she'd be a candidate for it herself,

but now agrees with me that she's too old for it (mid 70s) and that

it would put her beautiful singing voice out of commission (she

still sings solo - classical music such as Bach, Brahms, Mahler,

Wolf).

So glad your family is supportive of this!
