Is Soybean Oil Legal/Illegal?

Hi All

On page 75 of BTVC Elaine says Soybean oils are permitted. However, on the

Legal/Illegal list on the BTVC website it says Soybean oil is Illegal.

Could you tell me which is correct, as my Vit D supplement has Soybean oil in

it.
